I'm Jeffrey Vlk, a high school head football coach in Illinois. I've spent 22 years in my district and 11 seasons as head coach, including a conference title in 2021, and I also coach lacrosse in the spring. I hold USA Football National Team evaluator credentials.

My other job is instructional technology: I train teachers in my district on how to use AI in their work. Sunday Night Film is where those two jobs meet. Every video shows a real workflow I use with my own staff, built on the Hudl data most programs already have.

What I believe about AI in coaching

AI is great at counting, sorting and formatting. It doesn't watch film and it doesn't know your kids. So every prompt here uses your own call sheet, shows the raw counts behind every number, flags small samples, and asks before it guesses. Your eyes still make the call.
